Pro-Tips for Attending a Davie Food Truck Festival

To make the most of your visit, keep these South Florida-specific tips in mind:

• Arrive Early: Popular trucks often have long lines by 7:00 PM. Arriving at the start of the event ensures you get your first choice before items sell out.
• Parking: In Davie, many events are held in parks with grass parking. During the rainy season, be mindful of soft ground. At Flamingo Gardens, parking is ample but fills up fast.
• Bilingual Menus: Don't be surprised to see menus in both English and Spanish. If you aren't sure what a "Pan con Timba" or "Arepa de Choclo" is, just ask—the vendors are usually happy to explain!
• Hydration: The South Florida humidity is real, even in the evenings. Most festivals have drink stations, but keeping water on hand is always a smart move.
