The Miami Market Experience: What to Expect

Attending an art fair surfside or anywhere in South Florida is a unique experience. Unlike the rest of the country, our peak season is during the winter months when the weather is a perfect 75 degrees. The bilingual nature of our community means you will hear a mix of English and Spanish, and the food reflects this diversity. Don't be surprised to find high-end art right next to a food truck serving authentic empanadas, arepas, or fresh ceviche.

Parking Tips: In Surfside, look for municipal lots near 95th Street and Collins Avenue. For Miami Beach events, booking a parking garage spot via a mobile app in advance is highly recommended. The best time to arrive is always right at opening (usually 10:00 AM) to beat the midday heat and the largest crowds.
