Vendor applications are juried/approved to create a diverse shopping experience and limit excessive duplication of products. NO MLM, direct-sales, or network-marketing businesses will be accepted. Vendor Options: - Covered Vendor Space: $55 - Outdoor Vendor Space: $35 - Nonprofit Covered Space: $45 - Nonprofit Outdoor Space: $24 - Youth Entrepreneur – Outdoor: $25 - Food Truck/Trailer: $75 Covered spaces are limited and available while inventory lasts. Outdoor vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and other setup materials. All tents must be properly weighted. Power is not provided; generators are permitted outdoors only. Youth Entrepreneur Spaces: A limited number of $25 outdoor spaces are available for young entrepreneurs age 17 and under. These spaces are intended to give young business owners an affordable opportunity to showcase and sell their own products, services, or creations. The business or products should be primarily created, operated, or managed by the youth vendor. Parent/guardian assistance is welcome, but the Youth Entrepreneur rate may not be used as a discounted space for an adult-owned business. Youth vendors must provide their own outdoor setup and follow all general event policies. Food Vendors: Food trucks/trailers must provide all required permits/licenses and a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Food vendors are responsible for meeting all applicable health, safety, and permitting requirements. Registration & Fees: Vendor pricing is listed by space type during registration. Online registration is subject to platform and payment-processing fees. Your complete total, including applicable fees, will be displayed before payment is completed. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will receive additional information regarding setup, check-in, event policies, and day-of logistics. Questions?
